SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-2 working days or receipt of the order. Working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays. Delivery will usually be within 5 days of dispatch. Europe wide delivery will usually be within 12 days of dispatch. If more urgent or recorded delivery is required you will need to give us a ring on 07777 999961.

 

Carriage charges are by weight and calculated at check out.

Unfortunately we can not accommodate collections or personal returns to our business address.

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

 

​We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from Proper Manc to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been delivered, the insurance will lapse, and you will be responsible for looking after the products. If your goods or package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you record this immediately, make a note that you have received a damaged package and contact us as soon as you can.

 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 28-day return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund.

We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require, you can return them for a full refund within 28 days of delivery receipt. This does not include bespoke items unless the quality is not up to our usual standard or we have not sent you what you have ordered. All bespoke items ordered will be meticulously inspected before they are dispatched. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received un-worn.

 

To return your items, please use packaging you received the goods in. Please note we do not pay for the return postage, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us and that the address and post code is correct, we recommend using a signed for service. We will refund the original delivery charge if you return your whole, complete order. Part returns will only be refunded for the garments received.

Refund of Payment

When you cancel a purchase, we will refund your payment minus any return fee (if applicable) to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your returned goods. We can, however, withhold the refund until we have received the return product, or you have provided us with documentation showing that the product has been returned.

Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made.

If you have received the wrong or faulty items, please get in touch with us, and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items carefully. We will not accept any items that are not in a fit state to resell that were not returned faulty.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

 

Missing Items

If you are missing an item from your order, please check your shipping confirmation email. The item may have gone out of stock between the time the order was placed and when the order shipped. If this is the case, it will be noted on your shipping confirmation email and you will not be charged for the missing item.
